About the role
Due to rapid expansion, they now require a qualified or unqualified Leasehold Enfranchisement Surveyor to join their successful residential consultancy team. The position is based in London and is suitable for a valuer looking for a role offering the potential to progress.
The team provides valuation and consultancy advice to a number of primarily established landlord clients with property portfolios across prime central and greater London.
The role is varied and will cover a wide range of disciplines including the valuation and negotiation of claims under the Leasehold Reform Act, portfolio valuations including mixed use portfolios, Landlord and Tenant including rent registrations under the Rent Act 1977, and asset management. Expert witness experience is preferred but not essential.
Experience in preparing detailed and concise valuation reports
Comfortable discussing and explaining report findings to clients
Organisation and time management skills with ability to multitask advising various clients on different instructions at the same time
Detailed understanding of the comparable, investment and residual methods of valuations
Strong understanding of the Central London residential property market
MRICS is not required for this role however an understanding of leasehold enfranchisement is required
